Colin Higgins

Colin Higgins was an American screenwriter, director, and producer. He is best known for writing and directing the cult classic film 'Harold and Maude' (1971). Higgins also wrote the screenplay for the hit film 'Silver Streak' (1976). His work often blended dark humor with poignant themes.
