Alain-Fournier

Alain-Fournier was a French author best known for his semi-autobiographical novel, "Le Grand Meaulnes" (The Wanderer). Published in 1913, the book is a seminal work of French literature, celebrated for its lyrical prose and exploration of adolescent idealism and disillusionment. Fournier's promising literary career was tragically cut short by his death in World War I.
